OSSL 
void osForceBreakAllLinks()

Identical to llBreakAllLinks() except that it doesn't require the link permission to be granted. Delinks all prims in the link set.

Takes no parameters.

OpenSimulator extensions. Some are gated by threat level and a region may refuse them.
